Light at the End of the Tunnel?
It would appear that, after nearly 48 hours of darkness, Vizaweb is back online. I highly recommend getting backups and downloading them as fast you can. Who knows how long they'll be around after this?

Well my site was up and now its not. Can't access cpanel or backup mt site. Can't turn off autorenew either when I logged into their site. Friggen frustrating!!

My site is down again. No support from Visaweb. Can't access CPanel or backup the site. Logged into visaweb and can't turn off my autorenewal. Will have to phone my credit card company and block charges from them I guess. Friggen frustrating, maddening etc.!!!

Okay... Here's another problem I'm getting with
Vizaweb. I just checked my site and now it has reverted to it's older version dating October 2006. That means that all the development I put into my site for the last 3 months has now disappeared along with all the new content I put on my site... Anyone else experiencing the same problem.

I can't get to my site, can't get to my email, can't shift to another host because Vizaweb is not around for a DNS transfer.
There MUST be some way around this.
